ProtonBI Downtime Alert: We're currently experiencing issues with Proton BI functionality, which is temporarily unavailable. Our team is actively troubleshooting to restore service as quickly as possible. Due to this outage, Pronto is also experiencing a partial outage for certain questions that require Proton BI and reporting insights.
The rest of the application's core functionality (pitching search, etc.) and API usage is not impacted and continues to work normally. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will provide updates as the situation progresses.
